Filtration Specialist

Filtration Specialist I is 2nd highest ranking hourly field position within the Filtration field organization. Primary duty is to lead single work team throughout the Filtration service delivery process. Work team will be made up of peers and lower ranking field staff. The title acts as shift leader taking direction from superior work authorities. 

• →Ability to understand P&ID, Safe Charts, Data Sheets, and other engineering documents.
• →Ability to operate and diagnose field equipment
• →Ability to ad hoc manage a team onshore and offshore to achieve varying objectives.
• →Ability to direct and operate heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
• →Act as mentor in associated with SSE program, QMTC-4032.01
• →Manual labor to include (but not limited) painting, handling, assembly, and disassembly as required.
• →Maintain a fit for duty status at all times:
  • →Have appropriate PPE, Offshore Bag, and Computer 
  • →Ability to remain alert and attentive in safety-sensitive environments
  • →Ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • →Strong problem-solving and inquisitive mindset

• Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily
• Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.
• Attend all OE training as it is deployed by the OE team.
• Suggestions – meet requirement per year.  GEMBA walk done daily.
• To maintain a high standard of housekeeping, good discipline and respect for peers and superiors in association with MTI core values.

• +2 years of field experience with ES or comparable service provider that provides treatment of problematic fluids and measuring well performance. 
• Practical experience with filtration systems, fluid analysis equipment, and data interpretation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and associated Windows operating systems.
• Eligible to work in US, hold a TWIC card, and valid US drivers license.

• Associates Degree of Science or Technology, Preferred
• Competence Assessment System, QMTC-4032.10

• Strong Organization skills/logistical skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Good communication skills.

As assigned yearly in ePerformance system.
