Charge Registered Nurse (Charge RN)-Night

NaphCare is hiring Charge Registered Nurses (Charge RNs) Nights just like you at the Jacksonville Pre-Trail Detention Facility located in Jacksonville FL. We currently have a Full Time position available! Pay rates vary based on experience and can be discussed upon interview.

• →Coordinate, structure, implement and guide the delivery of the nursing service program within the facility
• →Conduct daily clinical rounds
• →Take and document all patient history and vital signs
• →Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures and patient assessments
• →Assist with examinations and/or treatments
• →Assist in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of clinical services
• →Assist with orientation and training activities of clinical personnel
• →Observe and review documentation, orders and patient care plans
• →Assist with disaster plans and emergency preparation
• →Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facility

• Must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in FL
• A valid AHA BLS CPR card
• A minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred
