Responsibilities
~2 min readAs a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating National’s brand, marketing strategies and campaigns into compelling, polished creative across digital and print. Your work will help bring our mission to life visually, creating communications and assets that reflect the compassion, dignity, and quality of care we provide to our residents every day. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker who can move quickly from idea to execution while maintaining a consistent, elevated brand across nearly 50 healthcare centers.
- →Design marketing collateral including brochures, postcards, flyers, program materials, capability pieces and sales tools.
- →Create social media graphics and digital campaign assets.
- →Design event materials, banners, signage, posters, displays and environmental graphics.
- →Develop creative for recruitment and employee-focused campaigns.
- →Partner with the CMO and marketing team to visually bring campaigns and strategic initiatives to life.
- →Support facility-specific marketing needs while maintaining consistency with National’s overall brand.
- →Develop templates and scalable creative resources for use across the organization.
- →Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate specifications with print and promotional vendors.
- →Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, photography and creative files.
- →Help continuously evolve and elevate National’s visual identity.
- →Manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliver high-quality creative within fast-paced timelines.

Requirements
~1 min read- 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience; healthcare, senior living, post-acute or multi-location brand experience preferred.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, branding and campaign design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of both print and digital design.
- Experience preparing files for professional print production.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing creative quality or brand consistency.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
