Responsibilities

As an RN Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.

 

  • →Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • →Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
  • →Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • →Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
  • →Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
  • →Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements

  • Valid New York State Registered Nurse license
  • An advanced degree or certification is preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill, with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
