Clinical Field Training Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, neuromodulation therapies, or medical device training.
• Familiarity with NeuroStar TMS and multi-site clinical operations.

• →Deliver in-person onboarding and clinical training programs at Greenbrook centers nationwide.
• →Facilitate clinician certification and competency assessments.
• →Train staff on NeuroStar TMS therapy, patient care protocols, and workflow best practices.
• →Coach and develop clinicians through ongoing feedback and performance support.
• →Track training records, certifications, and LMS data integrity.
• →Partner with Operations, Regional Leadership, and Clinical Leadership to drive training excellence.
• →Support the development and enhancement of training materials, SOPs, and educational programs.

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2+ years of clinical training, education, or staff development experience.
• 2+ years of medical device experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80% nationally.
