This position will assist current employees with daily duties in the Field Operations Department.

Responsibilities

→Assist the Planning, Engineering, and Construction Section with various reporting and tracking methods designed to support departmental programs;
→Assist with Project design;
→ Assist in reviewing and provide input regarding current recommended procedures and Distribution Standards;
→Assist in research and development of instruction manuals outlining directives and equipment usage for projects.
→Assist in documenting current Safety Procedures;
→Assist in reviewing accident/claim reports;
→Assist Superintendent of Training/Safety with special projects and assignments.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Safety Science, or Occupational Safety,
Must have verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Must have organizational management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and usually under short deadlines.
