Inpatient PT Clinic Manager I

At PT Solutions, we’re hiring for a full-time Clinic Manager in San Marcos, TX who is ready to elevate their career while making a real difference in the lives of patients and our communities. We are open to Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for this position.

• →Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team
• →Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board
• →To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices
• →Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance
• →Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance
• →Carry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
