Melt/Cast Clerk

Responsible for ordering and receiving raw materials for Melt/Cast Department and maintaining all records. Other clerical duties as required.

• Order and receive raw materials for melt shop• Ensure that silo levels and inventory are appropriate to meet production needs of the department• Filing and maintaining department paperwork in compliance with company standards• Assist Melt/Cast Manager with month-end raw material inventory reporting requirements• Maintain uniform program for Melt/Cast by working with clerks from other departments• Other duties as required by Management or Supervision

• Excellent attention to detail• Excellent communication and computer skills (email, Excel, etc.)• Self-driven and motivated• Accounting or clerical background highly preferred• May require flexible schedule around month-end closing
