Program Manager

Permanent, full-time, 4 days per week in office

• →A professional qualification in project / program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or MSP) is preferred
• →7+ years of full-time program management experience or equivalent
• →Proven success delivering large and complex change initiatives at program level, ideally in financial services and with budgets of over $2m / 10,000 person days 
• →Knowledge of securities operations and the post-trade lifecycle (order management, execution, clearing, settlement, reconciliation and reporting) is a must  
• →Familiarity with securities platforms such as BETA, RTS, NIRA, OrderHub, or comparable clearing, settlement and middle-office systems 
• →Comfortable working with internal teams of 50+ people across multiple geographies and time zones 
• →A key collaborator – inclusive, results-driven, who leads by example and brings the best out of teams 
• →Ability to work with people, both internally and externally, to build support to achieve intended outcomes 
• →Knowledge of complex technical ecosystems and financial services preferred 
• →Direct experience working with IT development teams, platforms and solution architects 
• →Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines 
• →Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment 
• →Strong leadership qualities with the capability to manage diverse teams 
• →Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly 
• →Confident in communicating with C-suites and technical delivery teams 
• →Experience in Jira and Confluence, Agile and Waterfall 
• →A background in business analysis would be an advantage.

Hiring Salary Range $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data). Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
