Job Responsibilities  

• Preventive Plumbing Maintenance – Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.  
• System Inspections – Conduct routine inspections of plumbing components, identifying wear, hazards, or performance issues before they become major problems.  
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Diagnose plumbing malfunctions using testing devices and technical knowledge to determine root causes and corrective actions.  
• Repairs & Component Replacement – Repair or replace defective piping, faucets, leaks, and other plumbing components to restore safe operation.  
• Equipment Maintenance – Maintain plumbing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.  
• Documentation & Reporting – Record maintenance activities, inspection results, and repair recommendations using Service Titan or similar software.  
• Code & Safety Compliance – Ensure all maintenance work adheres to national plumbing codes and local building regulations while following strict safety protocols.  
• Collaboration – Work closely with service technicians, supervisors, and homeowners to coordinate maintenance schedules and communicate system conditions clearly.  
• Emergency Response – Provide timely support for urgent plumbing issues requiring immediate maintenance attention.  

Qualifications  

• Experience – 3+ years as an Plumbing Maintenance Technician, Residential Plumber, or similar role.  
• Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, preventive maintenance practices, and diagnostic tools.  
• Software Skills – Experience with Service Titan or comparable maintenance/service software preferred.  
• Attention to Detail – Ability to identify early signs of plumbing issues and maintain accurate maintenance records.  
• Communication Skills – Ability to explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners and team members.  
• Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.  
• Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with electrical maintenance.
