~1 min read- →Expand and enhance relationships with existing customers while seeking new business leads through community networking and strategic partnerships.
- →Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a strong connection with Tri City National Bank.
- →Recognize and pursue growth opportunities within the portfolio based on customer needs.
- →Work with various business lines, including Commercial Banking, Mortgage Lending, and Treasury Management, to enhance services and profitability.
- →Accompany branch staff and business partners on visits to develop relationships and improve communication.
- →Review financial statements, cash flows, and credit requests to assess and manage risk effectively.
- →Assist in creating and presenting loan profiles to the Senior and Executive Loan Committees.
- →Ensure timely management of existing portfolios, including financial statements, renewals, and annual reviews.
- →Support branch staff by developing effective sales techniques and calling strategies.
- →Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services to current and potential customers.
- →Perform special projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3-5 years in portfolio management, sales, financial analysis, or lending.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Proven multi-tasking capabilities across various projects.
- Ethical team player with demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Ability to proactively generate new business.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Bank’s products, regulatory policies, and compliance issues.
- Solid background in sales and sales management practices.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in branch operations and consumer lending, including first mortgage origination, is a plus.
