Process Automation Engineer - Quickbase

• →Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field required (or equivalent work experience). 

• →3+ years of experience designing and implementing complex solutions in Quickbase, including pipelines and code pages. 

• →Experience integrating Quickbase solutions with external systems using APIs, databases, and other technologies. 

• →3+ years working in a Microsoft Windows environment including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and SharePoint. 

• →2+ years’ experience translating human processes into Quickbase solutions. 

• →Solid knowledge of Agile methodology and 2+ years’ experience working in a Scrum team setting. 

• →Good understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts. 

• →Solid understanding of JavaScript within Quickbase. 

• →Experience with Formula fields & Dynamic rules. 

• →The ability to understand and translate business needs, aligning them to proper technical application solutions. 

• →Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, and integration patterns. 

• →Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously. 

• →Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple business critical projects simultaneously. 

• →Understanding of core security and compliance principles in a healthcare environment. 

• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems. 

• →Demonstrated ability to learn and proficiently apply new technologies and platforms utilized by the team to support automation initiatives and process improvements.
