Research Associate - Cellular Functional Assays and Organoids (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Research Associate (m/f/d) with a background as Technical Assistant (BTA/CTA/MTA) or a Bachelor’s degree in biology, biotechnology, or related life sciences. (no PhD)

• →Perform cell based assays (e.g., proliferation, viability, reporter assays, immunoassays, nanoBRET, etc.)
• →Culture and maintain primary cells and cell lines,
• →Establish, optimize, and validate new assay formats
• →Document all work according to industry standards and internal SOPs
• →Analyze and interpret experimental data (e.g., using Excel, GraphPad Prism)
• →Collaborate closely with Senior Scientists and other laboratory teams
• →Contribute to study reports and scientific presentation

• Completed training as TA (BTA/CTA/MTA) or a Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field, no PhD
• Hands on experience with cell culture (adherent and/or suspension)
• Practical experience with cellular assays and basic molecular biology techniques
• Accurate, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong team spirit and motivation to work in a dynamic environment
• Good command of English and German, both written and spoken
• Experience with stem cell culture, 3D cell culture, and organoids is a plus
