MDS Specialist- NY License Required

•Employee shall complete MDS assessments including, Medicare PPS and COBRA required assessments, as directed by the VPs of Clinical Services or other R2 Leadership.

•Employee shall be responsible for accurate and timely completion of assessments, in full compliance with regulations and guidelines set forth by CMS and as instructed by the Resident Assessment Instrument (“RAI”) Manual.

•Employee shall complete comprehensive Care Area Assessments (“CAAs”) or other Care planning requirements, as directed by Leadership.

•Attend interdisciplinary meetings and effectively communicate the assessment status to Facility team.

• General activities, as agreed, are consistent with industry norms specific to this position.

•Employment is full-time (consistent with acceptable standards at similarly positioned companies) and “at will” per US labor law.

• Services shall be performed remotely.

•Employee will report directly to R2 CEO or CEO-designated individual or governance board.
