Maintenance Technician

Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician with critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to join our team!

Pay: $25 - $35 hourly, depending on experience

Schedule: 12pm -8:30pm

   1. Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Support          • Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and support              equipment.           • Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related              issues.           • Complete assigned maintenance work orders accurately and efficiently while minimizing equipment              downtime.            • Support equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns before failures occur.

  2. Facility Maintenance & Repairs           • Perform general building maintenance including basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting,               masonry, and facility repairs.            • Maintain production equipment, work areas, and facility systems to support safe and efficient               operations.            • Assist with equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance projects as assigned.

  3. Safety & Operational Excellence            • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and departmental procedures.             • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work environment.             • Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and report safety concerns promptly.             • Support ImageFIRST's commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  4. Inventory & Documentation

            • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and repair documentation.             • Assist with ordering and organizing maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.             • Properly maintain maintenance equipment and company tools.

  5. Teamwork & Continuous Learning            • Work collaboratively with Production, Operations, and fellow Maintenance Technicians to support production goals.             • Participate in technical training and continuously develop maintenance knowledge and skills.             • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

• Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Electrical systems
  • Mechanical systems
  • Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • HVAC
  • Welding
  • Piping systems
  • PLC programming
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
• High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required
• Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is required

• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
• Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds
• Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots
