We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Consultant to support the ongoing operation, control, and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes while leading the integration and adoption of Report Hub within the target operating model.

Responsibilities

    Own and oversee end-to-end regulatory reporting across applicable regimes, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within regulatory timelines.

    Monitor daily reporting activity, investigate exceptions, rejects, and reconciliation breaks, and drive timely remediation.

  • →

    Support the integration, onboarding, testing, and operational adoption of Report Hub, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation into BAU.

  • →

    Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, reporting vendors, trade repositories, and service providers.

  • →

    Coordinate regulatory change initiatives, platform upgrades, testing cycles, and new reporting requirements.

  • →

    Perform reconciliations, identify data quality issues, and implement controls to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • →

    Produce management reporting, KPI metrics, and governance materials to support oversight and decision-making.

  • →

    Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory reviews, examinations, and internal audits.

  • →

    Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory reporting obligations, reporting controls, and Report Hub capabilities.

  • →

    8+ years’ experience in regulatory reporting, post-trade operations, regulatory operations, or related change and transformation roles.

  • →

    Strong knowledge of SEC SBS, EMIR, SFTR, CFTC, MiFID II, or other regulatory reporting regimes.

  • →

    Experience implementing, integrating, or supporting regulatory reporting platforms, including transitioning solutions into BAU support models.

  • →

    Hands-on experience with trade repositories, reporting vendors, and reporting control frameworks.

  • →

    Strong understanding of OTC derivatives, securities financing transactions, and associated lifecycle events.

  • →

    Proven ability to investigate reporting exceptions, reconciliations, and data quality issues.

  • →

    Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Report Hub and/or other regulatory reporting platforms.

  • Exposure to platform onboarding, data mapping, testing, workflow design, and production readiness activities.

  • Understanding of UTI/UTR generation, reporting reconciliations, and regulatory reporting governance.

  • Experience within an investment bank, asset manager, hedge fund, market infrastructure provider, or regulatory reporting vendor.

As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy on physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 or even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our clients’ demands.
