Senior Business Systems Analyst (SAP)

Join a collaborative team supporting critical enterprise platforms while helping advance the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will combine hands-on SAP Finance configuration with systems analysis, solution design, testing, delivery and operational support.

• →Configure and support SAP ECC Finance across FI, AP, AR, CO and MM in an ECC 6.0 EHP8 environment.
• →Contribute to S/4HANA impact assessment, design, data readiness, testing, cutover preparation and stabilization.
• →Support SAP Concur Expense, Request and Reporting and related finance integrations.
• →Partner with business sponsors, Delivery Leads, architects, developers, vendors and technology teams.
• →Translate business objectives into scalable and maintainable system requirements.
• →Troubleshoot complex issues, document solutions and guide junior team members.

• Five or more years of hands-on SAP configuration and systems analysis experience.
• Deep SAP Finance configuration knowledge across FI, AP, AR, CO and MM.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion or selective transformation planning.
• Knowledge of Universal Journal impacts, finance data readiness, custom code, interfaces and downstream dependencies.
• Experience with testing, defect triage, release coordination, cutover and stabilization.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills, plus related post-secondary education.

• Wealth management or financial services experience.
• SAP Concur, SWIFT, SAP Fiori, embedded analytics or modern SAP reporting.
• Canadian accounting knowledge or a related designation.
• AI, intelligent automation or analytics applied to finance processes.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $91,000 - $123,000, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
