Must be able to go beyond and think beyond the Service Now Templates and playbooks
Make Service Now the central funnel- should have architecture and implementation experience across all modules:- HR Service Delivery (HRSD), ITSM, HAM (Hardware Asset Management), SAM (Software Asset Management, WSD (Workplace Service Delivery- desk booking), IntegrationHub / Integration Module (including contract signing workflows)
Need to architect it correctly and integrate it with the following applications and systems: data lake (Azure Data Factory), Kantata, Oracle HRIS, Kariba Treasury Management, OneStream for consolidation, Rydoo, and Business Central.
Need to have project management skills as you will own and deliver the work.
