Property Manager I

CARE Communities is seeking a Property Manager I to support the day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities throughout Northern Colorado.

This position is responsible for resident certifications and recertifications, compliance documentation, rent collection, resident relations, lease administration, property inspections, and maintaining accurate resident and property records.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned affordable housing communities.
• Administer certifications, recertifications, compliance requirements, and resident files.
• Manage rent collection, lease administration, delinquency tracking, and resident relations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, preventative maintenance, and unit turns.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare required documentation, and support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with residents, team members, and community partners to support housing stability and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing or property management experience preferred
• Experience working directly with residents
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred
• Valid Colorado Driver License and proof of insurance required

Preferred Qualifications

• Affordable housing or property management certifications such as HCCP, COS, CAM, ARM, or similar credentials preferred but not required.
