Caregiver -Bloomfield Hills

This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on assistance and is looking for consistent work with the potential for additional hours.

• Location: West Bloomfield, MI
• Pay: $18–$20 per hour
• Available shifts: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, and 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Additional shifts may become available
• High-level personal care and mobility assistance
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and wheelchair transfers preferred
• PEG tube experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required because the caregiver may drive the client's transportation van
• Dependability and consistency are very important for this assignment

• →Assist with personal care and daily routines
• →Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance
• →Assist with Hoyer lift and wheelchair transfers
• →Provide medication reminders
• →Prepare meals
• →Complete light housekeeping
• →Provide companionship
• →Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• →Assist with transportation as needed

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and responsible
• Comfortable providing hands-on caregiving assistance
• Able to perform the essential physical duties of the position
• Strong communication skills
• Must pass a background check
• Current TB test or willingness to complete one
• Hoyer lift, wheelchair transfer, and PEG tube experience preferred
