→Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the Air Operations team;
→Manage air freight documents;
→Co-ordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct shipment requirements;
→Perform data input into daily operations systems;
→Issue invoices to corresponding parties;
→Follow-up gateway orders.

Requirements

DSE or above;
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in air freight forwarding field;
Proficiency in MS Office Application;
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua);
Willing to learn, self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
