  • Customer service, keeps contact with agents
  • Compiles monthly bordero report for her/his relation
  • Knowledge of the standard operation procedures/guidelines and systems like AS 400
  • At least 18 months freight forwarding experience
  • Basic computer literacy
  • At least B1 level English language
  • Team player
