- Recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality caregivers
- Set clear performance expectations
- Maintain strong service standards and team culture
- Provide mentorship and daily guidance
- Reinforce accountability and professionalism
- Ensure caregivers feel supported and valued
- Manage caregiver schedules and coverage needs
- Solve last-minute call-offs with calm, decisive leadership
- Match caregivers to clients based on skill, personality, and care needs
- Help ensure smooth client onboarding
- Communicate proactively and professionally
- Address concerns quickly to maintain trust and satisfaction
When needed, you’ll step in to assist with ADLs or companionship to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience
- Experience within healthcare or senior care is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle
- Ability to pass background and registry checks
- Positive, accountable, team-first leadership style
