Responsibilities

→Assisting in the hiring process
→Interview and orientation competency
→Supervision of Field Staff
→Client Assessments
→Educating and Coaching Caregiver Staff
→Supervisory Visits of Caregiver Staff and Clients
→Developing Individual Service Plans (ISP)
→Collaborating as a Team Player
