Caring Senior Service is hiring experienced Lead Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs for a role that combines hands-on caregiving with leadership and office support.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide quality, compassionate care to clients
- →Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
- →Support onboarding and training of new caregivers
- →Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
- →Assist with calls and day-to-day office coordination
- →Help maintain consistent, high-quality client care
- →Lead by example with professionalism and reliability
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or Lead Caregiver experience
- At least 18 years old
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual skills are a plus
