At Caring Senior Service of Kerrville, we help seniors maintain independence by providing compassionate, non-medical in-home care. As a growing agency, we’re building a passionate, mission-driven team—and we’re looking for someone who thrives on connection, purpose, and community impact.

As our Home Care Consultant, you will connect families in need with the services we offer while helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

• →Develop and lead outreach strategies to generate new referrals

• →Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, senior centers, rehab facilities, physicians, assisted living communities, and other community partners

• →Represent our agency at health fairs, networking groups, senior-focused events, and community activities

• →Identify new business opportunities and develop referral partnerships throughout Kerrville and the surrounding Hill Country communities

• →Track leads, interactions, referrals, and outcomes in our CRM system

• →Coordinate with care staff to ensure a seamless experience for every client and family

• →Consistently meet or exceed referral and growth targets

• Experience in sales, outreach, marketing, or business development, ideally in healthcare, senior services, home care, or a related field

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and networking skills

• Knowledge of senior care and/or home care is a plus

• Professional, driven, organized, and motivated by meaningful work

• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record

• Willingness to travel throughout Kerrville and surrounding areas

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a growing team
