Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Some experience in air conditions, heating, ventilating, electrical, and plumbing, boiler and chiller operations, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred.
Nursing home experience preferred

Performs floor and building repairs
Performs preventative maintenance as assigned
Assists with routine testing of equipment, alarms, safety systems and other items required to promote a safe and comfortable environment.
Completed exterior building maintenance
Supports facilities manager in environmental and safety support activities
Completes maintenance checks and longs monthly as defined
Performs equipment assembly and troubleshooting as required.
