About the Role

This role plays a key part in keeping internal processes running smoothly by providing administrative support across multiple departments, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently.

Monitor administrative workflows and follow up to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.

Prepare, organize, and distribute internal documents, reports, and communications.

Coordinate meetings, company events, and other administrative activities.

Respond promptly to internal requests and provide administrative assistance to team members.

Conduct online research and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or external partners when needed.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate information across internal systems.

Assist in preparing reports and tracking operational metrics.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to operational efficiency.

Take on additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed to support business growth.
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Comfort learning and working with new software and technology platforms.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support a variety of teams and projects.
Requirements

Experience supporting remote teams or working in a virtual environment.
Familiarity with project management, documentation, or collaboration tools is a plus.
