Title: Site Supervisor

• Location: San Antonio, TX 78229
• Pay: $19 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards. This position requires the use of a company vehicle; all applicants must be over 21, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record.

• →Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.
• →Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
• →Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• →Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations.
• →Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.

CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in the leadership of several employees. A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example. Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports. A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Active Level 2 Security License
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, report writing, etc.)
• Customer service experience is a plus
