Senior Facilities Strategy Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Strategy Advisor. This role delivers independent, objective analysis and executive-level recommendations to strengthen operational performance, governance, and mission assurance across the organization.
- Evaluate organizational program performance and provide strategic recommendations to Government leadership
- Deliver independent assessments of program execution risks and corrective actions
- Develop, review, and publish program reports, business plans, schedules, and approval documentation
- Support contract oversight, scope verification, and compliance with NGA program and financial policies
- Participate in IPTs, planning sessions, and management reviews with NGA and Mission Partners
- Advise on governance policies, acquisition strategies, and operational best practices
- Provide executive-level facilities planning and cradle-to-grave facilities operations expertise
- Conduct needs assessments, risk analysis, and develop courses of action for complex facilities challenges
- Produce executive briefings, comprehensive studies, and strategic presentations
Requirements
~1 min read- 20+ years of total professional experience, with at least 15+ years of specialized experience in a related field
- Relevant education may substitute for up to 4 years of the required experience at a rate of 2:1 (2 years of education = 1 year of experience)
- Demonstrated expert-level knowledge supporting highly complex and ambiguous assignments requiring integration and synthesis across multiple disciplines
- Recognized subject matter authority with experience leading working groups and developing innovative technological, analytical, or operational methodologies
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic-level advice and decision support to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to assess metrics, performance data, and operational effectiveness to inform executive-level strategic decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive briefings and engagement with senior audiences
- Experience in program management, governance, and facilities operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint-based collaboration systems
- Ability to apply cross-disciplinary methods to resolve critical, high-impact challenges
