Strategic Communications Specialist (Skill Level 4)

CASE Management Consulting is seeking a seasoned Strategic Communications Specialist to provide senior-level communications support within a high-visibility Intelligence Community environment. The selected candidate will shape enterprise messaging, advise leadership on strategic communications initiatives, and translate complex mission priorities into clear, impactful products for diverse audiences.

This role requires the ability to operate independently, support executive-level engagements, and align workforce communications with organizational strategy and mission objectives.

• Developing messages for potentially the entire NGA workforce.
• Crafting senior messages and talking points for various target audiences
• Supporting Implementation of component-level Strategic Plans
• Provide presentation support to Office leadership to include message intent, developing targeted/tailored graphical concept and designs
• Preparing and supporting the development of Town Halls including preparing answers to questions posed at the Town Halls.
• Use visual, written and verbal skills to create a wide range of products and corporate communication material.

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations or communication
• At least 12 months demonstrated experience with SharePoint, updating web content and using electronic publishing applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop 
  Illustrator or Adobe Pro
• At least 12 months demonstrated experience using APA style writing and editing
• At least 12 months demonstrated experience planning and executing senior leaders’ (General/Flag Officer, SES, or corporate equivalent) speaking events and crafting Q&A responses
• At least 48 months demonstrated experience in communications strategy development
