HR Generalist

  Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS records

  Support HR policies, compliance, and audits

• →

  Maintain HR systems, reporting, and key HR metrics

  Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and engagement initiatives

  Support performance management, training, and development programs

• →

  Coordinate with vendors and manage asset-related processes

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• High discretion with confidential information

• Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

• Exposure to the fast-growing Fintech ecosystem
