DR Golf Shop Attendant/Outside Services Attendant

Provide exceptional customer service assisting guests with outside support services as well as information and tools that will create an unforgettable golf experience.

• →Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• →Must be able to perform primary job duties while exposed to inclement weather, including extreme heat, cold, heavy rain, or high-humidity environments for extended durations.
• →Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods of time.
• →Must be able to reach, handle, pull, kneel, stoop, squat, twist, and bend for duties.
• →Must be able to follow both verbal and written directions.
• →Must possess basic reading and math skills that pertain to the position.
• →Must be able to read, write, and effectively communicate with all guests and team members positively and professionally.
• →Must be able to work and speak with the general public and guests.
• →Must be able to work in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment.
• →Ability to answer phones, provide essential information, and check in guests in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of standard operating procedures associated with golf shop, range maintenance, golf ball collection, and basic golf ball inventory levels.
• Knowledge of golf course rules and player etiquette.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Skill in multi-tasking responsibilities associated with the clubhouse, cart storage, parking lot, range, and cart barn.
• Ability to demonstrate a positive and professional image.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Ability to handle cash and count change.
• Ability to demonstrate an enthusiastic and professional attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in the designated work area.
• Ability to anticipate player needs and provide assistance promptly.
