Working within the Community Management team your primary responsibility will be the on-boarding of new suppliers and customers to the Tradex network and provide support to existing suppliers to promote and enable their continued use and further adoption of Causeway services.
The key areas of responsibility for the Community Management Executive are:
· Customer and Supplier On-Boarding
· Supplier Support
· Project Delivery
Responsibilities
~1 min read· On-boarding of new suppliers – making initial contact by telephone and email, facilitating on-boarding to the Tradex network by inviting suppliers on behalf of a customer, supporting the supplier through the registration process and successful transmission of their first electronic invoice.
· Use appropriate tools to onboard suppliers and track/report on onboarding progress and status.
· Communicate with the team to ensure all members are kept up to date with progress.
· Provide support to existing suppliers on the Tradex network with queries relating to their use and continued on-boarding or adoption of Causeway services.
· Identify opportunities for the upsell of additional services to suppliers and pass details to the right team.
· Play a key role within a project team setting in the successful delivery of customer on-boarding projects and ongoing managed service.
· Deliver highly professional project services in accordance with approved company processes to provide a positive customer experience at all times.
· Work as part of a team delivering multiple projects.
· Such other duties as management may from time to time reasonably require.
· Build positive relationships with customers, aiming to build confidence and delight them at every opportunity.
· Seek regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement of the service delivered.
· Demonstrate the passion, drive, and determination to see things through to a successful conclusion.
· Maintain a warm and friendly communication style and ensure accurate and well-communicated responses are provided to all queries.
· Take pride in always providing a great customer experience, encouraging customer retention and referrals.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
· A good knowledge of MS Office applications generally.
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
· Excellent communication skills, able to engage at all levels and handle objections successfully.
· Focus on customer service and success.
· Understands supply chain processes, ideally e-procurement, e-invoicing and the source-to-pay process, and is able to convey and sell the benefits to customers and suppliers.
· Previous experience or knowledge of the supply chain process, ideally e-procurement, e-invoicing and the source-to-pay process.
· Experience of working and delivering in a project setting as part of a multi-functional team.
· Experience of working in a call centre environment and meeting daily volume/output targets.
· Calm and objective with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
· Minimum A-Level qualification or equivalent preferred.
· Strong time management, planning and organising skills.
· Energetic and self-motivated team player.
· Highly organised, methodical with an attention to detail.
· Committed to meeting objectives, results driven.
· Able to work individually and autonomously on assigned tasks and collaboratively as a member of a team.
· Willingness to continuously develop own knowledge and skills and share knowledge with colleagues for the benefit of customers and the organisation.
