Position Summary
Christian Counseling Associates is seeking a highly organized and mission-aligned Talent Management Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding of counselors and staff across our growing organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is professional, relational, detail-oriented, and able to confidently communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. The Talent Management Coordinator will conduct phone screens and first interviews, manage candidate communication and scheduling, and help identify applicants who align with the mission, values, and culture of CCA.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable using technology and applicant tracking systems, and able to represent the organization professionally during the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and first-round interviews with counselor and staff applicants
- Evaluate candidate professionalism, communication skills, and alignment with organizational values
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems to manage hiring workflows and applicant records
- Collaborate with leadership regarding staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions
- Maintain organized documentation and follow-up throughout the recruitment process
- Support recruitment initiatives through online job platforms and social media
- Help create a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional phone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable learning and using ATS, HRIS, and scheduling systems
- Previous recruiting, administrative, HR, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience conducting interviews or candidate screening is a plus
- Familiarity with Christian faith practices and comfort working within a faith-based organization preferred
- Ability to exercise professionalism, discretion, and good judgment
Work Schedule
- Part-time position
- Flexible scheduling available
- Monday through Friday
- 25-30 hrs a week
- Potential opportunity for expanded hours in the future based on organizational needs and performance
Work Location
Hybrid remote position based near Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Mostly remote with a few in person meetings a year.
