Parts Counter Specialist

• → Maintain inside sales skills and product knowledge for all Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited parts and services
• → Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts
• → Determine customers need for truck parts
• → Assist customers with parts warranties
• → Generate order tickets to the warehouse
• → Process orders for outside sales team

• 1-2 years' experience in heavy-duty truck parts
• Passion for customer service
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Strong Communication (verbal & written)
• Excellent organization and time management
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
