Martin North Hospital’s Med/Surg and Telemetry Unit provides comprehensive care for patients with various medical and surgical conditions who require continuous cardiac monitoring. Many of the patients on this unit are gastro-focused. As a Clinical Technician, you will support your fellow caregivers and medical staff by providing patients with top-quality care. Under the supervision of an RN, you will utilize your technical and applicable skills to enhance the patient experience and create a welcoming, healing environment. Helping patients with seemingly simple tasks like self-care can make a meaningful difference in their lives, offering a unique opportunity to truly take pride in your work. Requirements

Requires full body motion to move and lift patients, manual finger dexterity with good eye-hand coordination; involves extensive standing and walking.
Medium Work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force rarely, and/or 0 to 50 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work.

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
