• →Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and professional standards.
• →Deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care and customer service.
• →Drive prescription growth, customer retention, and overall business performance.
• →Identify and develop new business opportunities within the community and corporate sectors.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, medical aid societies, and corporate clients.
• →Monitor inventory levels and contribute to efficient stock management and profitability.
• →Participate in health promotion initiatives and community engagement programmes.
• →Contribute innovative ideas that enhance the growth and sustainability of the pharmacy.

• Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Pharmacy.
• Current and valid Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe practicing certificate.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow business, develop client relationships, and identify business opportunities.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of exercising sound judgment.
• Results-oriented with a passion for delivering both clinical excellence and business success.
