We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Manchester clinic, a high-energy outpatient environment where you'll work with a diverse orthopedic caseload, including sports medicine, vestibular, and aquatic therapy patients. Join a collaborative team of clinicians who are passionate about delivering exceptional care while supporting one another's growth and success.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at CPTE, you'll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love. You'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while working alongside a supportive clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and individualized care.

Your day-to-day:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and support goal achievement
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and sustainable movement strategies tailored to each patient's life
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

  • Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, or functional rehabilitation (preferred)
