• →Facilitate agile delivery end to end: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, keeping each ceremony focused and time-boxed.
• →Work with project leads to translate strategy, priorities, and team resources into executable sprint and release plans, and keep day-to-day execution aligned to those priorities.
• →Remove impediments, coordinate cross-team and external dependencies, and protect the team’s focus so it can deliver consistently.
• →Produce clear delivery products and overviews (roadmaps, prioritization and trade-off views, delivery and status reporting) that let leadership make informed trade decisions on prioritization and investment.
• →Use delivery data to drive efficiency: track metrics (velocity, throughput, burn-down, cycle time, defect rate, and delivery-performance metrics), find where the team loses time or quality, and act on it to measurably improve how the team performs.
• →Establish the delivery and quality standards the team works to, document them, and hold the team accountable to them.
• →Adapt agile practice to an AI-accelerated pace: streamline planning and coordination so process keeps up with faster development cycles rather than slowing them down.
• →Manage the backlog with product owners and project leads, ensuring upcoming work is refined, estimated, and aligned to stakeholder needs.
• →Coach and push the team: raise the team’s agile discipline, hold people to commitments and standards, and foster a collaborative, high-performing delivery environment.

• 10+ years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, or agile project/program management roles.
• Active Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master).
• Deep, demonstrated command of Scrum and other agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, Lean), and of servant-leadership practice.
• Demonstrated experience translating strategy and priorities into executable team plans and keeping delivery aligned to them.
• Demonstrated experience producing delivery metrics, status products, and reporting that support leadership decision-making and prioritization.
• Demonstrated use of delivery data and metrics to measurably improve team efficiency and quality (for example, reducing cycle time or defect rates).
• Demonstrated experience setting delivery or quality standards and holding a team accountable to them, and coaching teams to a higher level of performance.
• Proficiency with agile delivery tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).
