Advanced Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1)

We are committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence. We are hiring immediately Advanced Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Smyrna, GA location on 3rd shift. Candidates must have experience with equipment setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient production operations. We welcome applications from skilled automotive technicians with hands-on experience in engine and transmission repair / replacement. Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs and availability. Pay & Work Schedule * $21 -- 25/hr hr depending on experience + 3rd shift premium $1.35hr. * 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am; Training will be on 1st shift 7am - 3pm. * Monday - Friday; Saturdays required during peak production or as business needs dictate. * Opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential. Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation. * Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment. * Learn print, window, and full machine changeovers, including part removal/installation and machine timing. * Develop advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills to support quality and production efficiency. * Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures. * Work overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements * 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial equipment experience preferred. * Proven ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, repair, optimize machinery. * Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, basic computer skills. * Basic math, ability to accurately read a ruler, and work with precise measurements. * Flexibility required with machine assignment. Physical Requirements & Work Environment * Regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping. * Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds with assistance. * Exposure to production equipment, noise, hazardous materials (inks, solvents, etc.). * Must be able to work in hot or cold weather. * Ability to handle high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift. * Mental alertness to stop equipment when jam occurs.
