Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Operate and monitor high-speed food processing and packaging equipment
- →Inspect equipment before and after runs; document checks digitally
- →Adjust machinery to ensure product quality and consistency
- →Perform quality checks, bake-offs, and record production data
- →Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Maintenance
- →Complete changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation between runs
- →Follow all food safety, quality (SQF), and safety procedures
- Experience in food manufacturing or production (preferred, not required)
- Ability to follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new systems (SAP/CMMS experience a plus)
- $19.00/hour + competitive benefits
