• →Attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration and patient education.
• →Work at the top of your scope doing independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI’s, etc.
• →Follow up with abnormal lab results and treating per protocol.
• →Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
• →Triage any walk-in patients.
• →Build teamwork by attending huddles before the start of shifts to review any anticipated nurse needs during that shift.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active Colorado RN license.
• Openness to receive feedback and a willingness to learn.
• Desire to work the full scope of your RN license.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced clinic.
• Knowing how to plan your resources.
• Strong initiative to assist your team.
