The Position:

The Project Manager should have 7–10 years of experience managing federal or large public-sector application operations and maintenance.  This position is based in Atlanta and the candidate must be available to work on-site.
Responsibilities:
  • Prior management of enterprise application sustainment with dev/test/prod releases, user support, and federal reporting cadence
  • Direct experience with ticket backlogs, release calendars, monthly reporting, SLA reporting, subcontractor management, and COR-facing briefings
  • Knows TRIRIGA vocabulary to control delivery without pretending to be the architect
  • Coordinates contractor staff
  • Manages the work plan
  • Leads weekly ticket reviews
  • Prepares monthly reports
  • Supports quarterly reviews
  • Tracks staffing coverage
  • Manages the release calendar
  • Controls issue escalation
Education:
  • A PMP is a definite plus
