We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly trusted partner to support our Chief People Officer. This is someone who loves staying ten steps ahead, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and genuinely enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role operates at the center of highly sensitive and high-impact work. You will be exposed to confidential company and employee matters on a regular basis, so sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism are essential.
As an Executive Assistant, you will help the Chief People Officer stay focused, organized, and effective across a wide range of priorities. You will manage a constantly evolving calendar, build and refine executive materials, and keep critical initiatives moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who is both highly reliable and highly resourceful, and who can run with minimal direction.
Responsibilities

- →Own and manage a fast-moving calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and adjusting meetings across multiple time zones
- →Coordinate travel and meetings end to end, ensuring leaders are well prepared and every detail is covered
- →Build, edit, and refine high-quality presentations, board materials, and executive communications for senior leadership and board audiences
- →Translate rough inputs, data, and direction into clear, polished, and well-structured materials including decks, summaries, and data sheets
- →Serve as a thoughtful and professional point of contact between the Chief People Officer and employees, leadership, board members, and external partners
- →Support and help execute people initiatives, leadership meetings, team events, and offsites
- →Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with excellent judgment and discretion
- →Track priorities, action items, and follow-ups to keep key initiatives moving forward
- →Jump in wherever needed to support the People team and keep things running smoothly day to day
- →Work 4 to 5 days per week onsite out of our office in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California
Requirements
~1 min read- 8 or more years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Proven experience operating in highly sensitive or confidential environments such as supporting executives in Finance, Legal, People, or similar functions
- Extensive experience building executive-level materials, including presentations, board decks, and documents regularly shared with C-suite and board audiences
- Ability to take limited direction or rough input and independently create clear, compelling, and data-driven materials
- Comfort working with data and creating structured outputs such as summaries, charts, and data sheets to support decision-making
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust across a wide range of stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Requirements

- Familiarity with the defense, aerospace, or broader technology industry
