Machine Operator

Operate production line machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures. 

Perform equipment changeovers and adjustments to meet production specifications. 

Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or product defects. 

Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues during production. 

Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure sanitation and safety compliance. 

Measure and inspect product dimensions using templates or measuring instruments. 

Assist with stacking, marking, packing, and transporting finished goods. 

Complete production logs and communicate issues to supervisors. 

Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures. 

Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling and cleaning components. 

High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred. 

Training in general safety, sanitation, and production processes required. 

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and moving machinery. 

Requires standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive motion for extended periods. 

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, hair nets, frocks, ear plugs, and safety glasses is mandatory.
