Senior Director - Support Systems & Tools Integration
Responsibilities
~1 min readDevelop and support scalable customer platforms, APIs, integrations, and modern web applications using Node.js and React.js technologies. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role focused on building high-quality software, solving complex technical problems, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to modern API-first enterprise platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strong full stack engineer with practical experience across backend and frontend development, along with exposure to mobile technologies, cloud platforms, and modern AI-assisted engineering practices.
- →Develop and enhance scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- →Build responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React.js
- →Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integration services
- →Contribute to API-first and integration-driven platform initiatives
- →Write maintainable, secure, and high-quality code
- →Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices
- →Guide and mentor junior engineers on development standards and delivery quality
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution implementation and delivery
- →Support CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering workflows
- →Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) to enhance engineering productivity and development workflows
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of software engineering experience in full stack development
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and scalable application design
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern engineering workflows
- Exposure to React Native or mobile application development is preferred
- Exposure to Python for automation, integrations, or backend services is a plus
- Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs or AI-assisted engineering tools is preferred
- Exposure to enterprise platforms or CRM-integrated applications is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
