Terrace Level Dining Server

Description

• →Provide warm, attentive, and polished service to members and guests.
• →Create genuine connections by learning member names and preferences.
• →Guide members through menu offerings, daily specials, wine, and beverage selections.
• →Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• →Deliver proper food, wine, and table service throughout the dining experience.
• →Anticipate needs and quickly resolve service concerns.
• →Work collaboratively with the Terrace team to create a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

• Previous serving or similar hospitality experience.
• A friendly, welcoming, and professional personality.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• General knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Confidence making food and beverage recommendations.
• A team-first attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Shifts: Tuesdays - Sundays: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm; 10:00 am - 3:00 pm; 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm; 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
•  +$2.00/hour Availability Premium for maintaining open availability as required.
