Wine Specialist | Beekeeper by Abeja (PT)   We’re seeking a part-time Wine Specialist to join our passionate, high-performing hospitality team. The Perks  Hourly Pay: $19 Incentive Eligible Eligible for participation in tip pooling Sales Commission Paid Time Off & Hourly Pay Paid Family Leave IRA Match Discounted Lodging, Dining, Spa, Golf, Retail & Partner Perks What You’ll Do Create unforgettable tasting experiences for guests and wine club members with warm, personalized service Build lasting relationships through thoughtful, professional communication by phone, email, and in person Share Abeja’s story, history, and wines with confidence and enthusiasm, deepening guest appreciation Support daily operations, including tastings, wine order preparation, and inventory stocking Play an essential role in special events (Spring Release, Fall Celebration, holiday events, and more) Help ensure a polished, elevated guest experience at every touchpoint What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is gracious, detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You bring a passion for wine and hospitality, a drive to exceed guest expectations, and the ability to adapt and problem-solve with professionalism and poise.
