Chief Isaac Group is seeking a Security Guard to protect company properties, assets, employees, and tenants by maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role requires a responsible and observant individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• →Property Protection: Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• →Patrolling: Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of designated areas.
• →Incident Response: Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• →Access Control: Verify identification, manage entry points, and enforce security policies.
• →Surveillance Monitoring: Observe security cameras and report any suspicious activities.
• →Report Writing: Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation.
• →Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to employees, tenants, and visitors as needed.
• →Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and emergency protocols.

• Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• Certification: Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly to situations.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for report writing and incident handling.
• Situational Awareness: Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• First Aid Certification: Standard First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset.
